Video (2 min 49 s) from the "El Port de Barcelona per dins" (The Port of Barcelona from the inside) series devoted to the Customer Service department. It opens with the Port's logo and the caption "Servei d'Atenció al Client" (Customer Service), and shows the department's office —an open-plan space with staff working at computers— alternated with interviews with several team members, identified by name captions (among others, Roser Bibó, Edgar Vergé, Carles González and Quim Compte), who explain to camera what their work involves: assisting and supporting the port community with the procedures related to the movement of goods through the Port. The contributions are intercut with footage of everyday office work (screens, documents, a Port efficiency-network certificate) and b-roll of port activity: a container ship, the car terminal, forklifts and freight trains. The video closes with the Customer Service caption and the Port of Barcelona logo.
