How to get there and move around the Port

The infrastructure of the Port of Barcelona is located next to various and varied land transport infrastructures, which connect it by highway and rail network with its hinterland. The Port is also integrated with various areas of the city. How do you access and move around your facilities?

Move inside the port

Carretera
Road
A 13 km ring road connects the different docks and storage areas throughout the port. It has two lanes in each direction for most of the route. There are also access roads and secondary service to each dock.

Bus
The Port of Barcelona has a double structure of its own bus lines that run through the port area: lines 88 and 89. The two lines connect the Paral·lel subway station with the Port and the ZAL.

Metro
You can access the Port of Barcelona by metro through the L10Sud, at the Port-La Factoria or ZAL-Riu Vell stops.
Terminales ferroviarias
By rail (freight)
From the Ponent dock to the south, all the docks have rail access, either with RENFE gauge (1,668 m), with the gauge of the Generalitat Railways (1 m) or mixed gauge.
