The Customer Service Department (SAC) publishes important notices of the Port's operations, especially incidents affecting Terminals, Customs Management, Inspection of Goods or Traffic. It also allows you to register to receive notifications to your mailbox or telephone by SMS.
Subscription to SAC notifications
The Customer Service Department takes care of communicating to the members of the Port Community the incidents in port operations, as well as ensuring the quality that the Port of Barcelona offers to customers and users.
The SAC also communicates its warnings in real time through its WhatsApp channel.

Comunicat de BEST on informen que, amb motiu d’una actualització del seu sistema, demà dimecres 29 de juliol, de 20:00 a 22:00 hores, totes les operacions romandran suspeses (les portes d’accés dels camions tancaran a les 19:00 hores).
