The Customer Service Department (SAC) publishes important notices of the Port's operations, especially incidents affecting Terminals, Customs Management, Inspection of Goods or Traffic. It also allows you to register to receive notifications to your mailbox or telephone by SMS.

Subscription to SAC notifications

The Customer Service Department takes care of communicating to the members of the Port Community the incidents in port operations, as well as ensuring the quality that the Port of Barcelona offers to customers and users.

The SAC also communicates its warnings in real time through its Telegram channel.

Comunicat de BEST a on indiquen que, degut a unes tasques de manteniment i millora a la terminal, totes les operatives quedaran interrompudes des de les 02:00 h. del dissabte 15 de novembre fins a les 02:00 h. del diumenge 16 de novembre. ****************************** Comunicado de BEST donde indican que, debido a unas tareas de mantenimiento y mejora en la terminal, todas las operativas quedarán interrumpidas desde las 02:00 h. del sábado 15 de noviembre hasta las 02:00 h. del domingo 16 de noviembre.
