Notifications

The Customer Service Department (SAC) publishes important notices of the Port's operations, especially incidents affecting Terminals, Customs Management, Inspection of Goods or Traffic. It also allows you to register to receive notifications to your mailbox or telephone by SMS.

The Customer Service Department takes care of communicating to the members of the Port Community the incidents in port operations, as well as ensuring the quality that the Port of Barcelona offers to customers and users.

The SAC also communicates its warnings in real time through its WhatsApp channel.

AVÍS / AVISO - Assemblea d'estibadors / Asamblea de estibadores – 18/09 – de 7:00 a 9:00 h.


Demà 18 de setembre, de 7 a 9 hores, hi ha convocada una assemblea d’estibadors. Per aquest motiu, totes les operatives en les que intervé aquest col.lectiu (marítimes, terrestres i internes de les terminals), restaran aturades fins que finalitzi l’esmentada assemblea i el personal es reincorpori al seu lloc. *********** Mañana 18 de septiembre, de 7 a 9 horas, hay convocada una asamblea de estibadores. Por este motivo, todas las operaciones en las que interviene este colectivo (marítimas, terrestres e internas de las terminales, se detendrán hasta que finalice la mencionada asamblea y el personal se reincorpore en su lugar de trabajo.
