Most of the procedures can be carried out electronically, but not 100%. You can find a description of each of them on the Port of Barcelona Electronic Headquarters portal for procedures. For each case, you will see indicated in which ways it can be started.

There are procedures for which it is necessary and others that you can initiate by using a personal username and password (agreed password). Consult the procedures portal to see which are the ones that interest you and how to start them and, if you are interested, you can obtain the concerted password using the following form:
Concerted key request

You can submit the application in person at our offices, by post, or electronically. Please note that individuals who, in accordance with Article 14 of Law 39/2015, are not required to interact electronically with public administrations may submit it in person at the registry office. You may also complete the procedure through the following link using your digital certificate,without having to go there in person.

Ship arrivals and departures

People who need to access the port area on a daily basis or on an occasional but recurring basis for professional reasons must complete the relevant procedure to obtain accreditation or an access pass, as this is a controlled and restricted access area. The attached link provides the information applicable to each case. If you cannot find the information you need, please contact us.
Application for passes and permits

Special transport operations classified as special vehicles under the General Vehicle Regulations, as well as vehicles operating under a special transport regime, must apply for a traffic permit and, where applicable, an escort service authorisation allowing them to travel on roads under the jurisdiction of the Port of Barcelona. You can apply for it at our offices, although it is faster and more convenient to do so through this form. Once we receive your application, we will let you know how to complete the process.

If you access the port on a recurring basis, you must apply for a Generic Authorisation (AG). If the access is occasional, you must apply for a Specific Authorisation (AE). The links below provide information on how and where to complete the procedure, as well as the required documentation.

Depending on the case, you will need to complete a specific procedure. For any of these procedures, you must have access to the Sòstrat application, which allows you to manage them. To access it, you must have a registered access key, which you can request through the following link.

Although you could do it from our offices, the most agile way is by sending us this simple form. Once we receive it, we will give you the appropriate instructions to complete the process.
T0 fee payment

The Port of Barcelona does not automatically return guarantees or bonds deposited to secure obligations; therefore, their release must be requested in writing. You may do so in several ways: in person at our offices, by post, or electronically. Please note that individuals who, in accordance with Article 14 of Law 39/2015, are not required to interact electronically with public administrations may submit the application in person at the registry office. You may also submit it through the following link using your digital certificate without having to go there in person.
Request for return of guarantees

You can pay it on our website by credit card, at any participating bank, or at any CaixaBank ATM using the barcode shown on the notification, or in person at our offices. You can also make the payment through the following link without having to go there in person.
Payment of fines

In this case, you must pay and collect the vehicle in our offices. Contact us.
