Queries and claims
The SAC manages all queries or claims that clients have about the passage of their goods through the Port of Barcelona.
We offer transparency and traceability to importers, exporters and operators on processes documentary and physical that occur during the passage of goods through the Port of Barcelona.
Queries/claims can be made by mail, by phone or through this form and they will be answered within a period not exceeding 4 hours during business hours.
