Queries and claims

The SAC manages all queries or claims that clients have about the passage of their goods through the Port of Barcelona.

We offer transparency and traceability to importers, exporters and operators on processes documentary and physical that occur during the passage of goods through the Port of Barcelona.

Queries/claims can be made by mail, by phone or through this form and they will be answered within a period not exceeding 4 hours during business hours.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, right to object and right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, by submitting your request to the APB offices, by submitting a written request to the General-SAU Registry or through the Electronic Registry of the electronic office at https://seu.portdebarcelona.gob.es.

In any case, you have the right to file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) https://www.aepd.es/es whenever you consider it appropriate.
