Consultations et réclamations

Le S.A.C. traite toutes les questions et réclamations des clients concernant le transit de leurs marchandises par le Port de Barcelone.

Nous offrons aux importateurs, aux exportateurs et aux opérateurs transparence et traçabilité des procédures documentaires et physiques se produisant lors du transit des marchandises dans le Port de Barcelone.

Les demandes de renseignements/réclamations peuvent être adressées par courrier électronique, par téléphone ou via ce formulaire. Elles recevront une réponse dans un délai de 4 heures les jours ouvrables.
