In compliance with the provisions of Article 8.2.c) of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, the Port Authority of Barcelona (APB) informs you that during the FORMAR sessions, photographs and videos may be taken in which attendees may appear. These photographs and videos may be disseminated through the communication channels of the APB in order to inform, publicize, and promote the event.

In any case, you have the right to file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) https://www.aepd.es/es whenever you consider it appropriate.
