We have more than 45,000 photographs and nearly 400 original films and videotapes, spanning from 1896 to the year 2000. More than fifty authors and photography studios have been identified that have prepared reports at the request of the APB, in addition to those carried out by the organisation itself.

The collection of slides that reflects the evolution of the port in the 1960s and 1970s stands out. But also the changes in the port environment before and after the celebration of the Olympic Games in 1992
Audiovisual collection
Documents ranging from the end of the 19th century to the year 2000.
Old films from the Port of Barcelona, films recovered from the Filmoteca de Catalunya (with the first films of the port made by Casa Lumière) and those from the NO-DO.
The collection is completed by the corporate productions of the Barcelona Port Authority.
Antonio Borrelles Lanceta Collection
Photographs from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. Donated by Marcos Pacheco Morales-Padrón.
Images depicting maritime and port activity, loading and unloading operations, the movement of goods, vessels, and the daily life of port workers. The collection also documents docks, cranes, warehouses and railway infrastructures that illustrate the evolution of the Port de Barcelona during the 1970s.
