Criteria for the selection and allocation of spaces at the Port of Barcelona fairs
Video of the Port of Barcelona's participation in the Breakbulk Europe 2026 trade fair (1 min 58 s). It opens with giant illuminated three-dimensional letters spelling "Breakbulk" on a blue base in the middle of the exhibition hall, surrounded by logistics companies' stands. The video is built around an interview with a representative of the port community, a grey-haired man in a dark blazer and white shirt with a lanyard badge, speaking in English in front of the Port de Barcelona stand, headed by the slogan "Your multipurpose solution". His name and position appear briefly in an on-screen caption at the start. The interview is intercut with b-roll footage: containers hoisted by cranes seen from below, the Port's stand with its black lattice structure decorated with hanging plants and lamps, professionals in suits chatting at tables, the group photo of the Spanish delegation at the "Ports of Spain" (Puertos del Estado) stand, and four people posing in front of a photographic mural of a cargo ship. The speech, in English, presents the Port as a flexible, multipurpose infrastructure, a gateway to Southern Europe with rail connections, open for business at any time and committed to its customers' projects.
