Remodeling of ASTA facilities

The project

This project involves improving the functional conditions of the ASTA complex (main building plus annex building for the port police), both to maintain the departments currently located there (maintenance, archives, and port police), and to enable part of the main building to be used for rental by other companies holding concessions from the APB.

Specifically, the project proposes a comprehensive renovation of both buildings, addressing both functional aspects—with a new layout planned for all floors—and structural aspects, as the façade will be completely replaced, along with the roof and roof trusses. Conversely, the existing floor slabs will be largely preserved, although reinforcement of the foundations will be necessary.
