Most of the procedures can be carried out electronically, but not 100%. You can find a description of each of them on the Port of Barcelona Electronic Headquarters portal for procedures. For each case, you will see indicated in which ways it can be started.
Procedures
 

There are procedures for which it is necessary and others that you can initiate by using a personal username and password (agreed password). Consult the procedures portal to see which are the ones that interest you and how to start them and, if you are interested, you can obtain the concerted password using the following form:
Concerted key request

You can do it in different ways. Either in person at our workshops or by sending it by post or telematically. From this link and with your digital certificate you can present it at the Registry of the Port of Barcelona without having to go there in person.
Electronic registration

Here you can see all the ships that arrive and leave the Port of Barcelona. Don't hesitate to call us if you don't see the information you're looking for here, though.
Ship arrivals and departures

In the attached link you will see all the information for each case. Do not hesitate to contact us if you do not see the information you are looking for.
Application for passes and permits

Although you could do it from our offices, the quickest way is by sending us this simple form. Once we receive it, we will give you the appropriate instructions to complete the process.
Request for special transport

You must request a general authorisation (GA). In the following link you will see where, how to do it and all the necessary documentation. 
Request general authorisation for container transport

You need to have access to the application that allows you to do it (Sostrat). Access is through a concerted password, which you must request from the following link.

Although you could do it from our offices, the most agile way is by sending us this simple form. Once we receive it, we will give you the appropriate instructions to complete the process.
T0 fee payment

The Port of Barcelona does not automatically return the sureties or guarantees deposited in order to respond to obligations, so you must request the return in writing. You can do it in different ways. Either in person at our workshops or by sending it by post or telematically. From this link and with your digital certificate you can send it without having to go there in person.
Request for return of guarantees

You can pay it through our website with a credit card, through the barcode that appears in the notification, or in person at our offices. Through the following link you can do it without having to go there in person.
Payment of fines

In this case, you must pay and collect the vehicle in our offices. Contact us.
