The Plant Health Inspection Service of the Agriculture and Fisheries Area of the Government Delegation in Catalonia is in charge of protecting against the introduction and dissemination in national or community territory of harmful organisms for plants or previous plant products from third parties countries.

Official registration
Importers of the products established in Royal Decree 58/2005 must officially register on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment before the arrival of the goods.
Fees
To pay the inspection fees, you must fill in Form 790, code 055. You can pay electronically or by filling out the form and making the payment at any deposit institution or entity that collaborates with the AEAT. You can access the form here.
