Self-Protection Plan
The Port of Barcelona Self-Protection Plan (PAU) is the document that includes the necessary actions in the event of an emergency that may affect any facility in the port service area. The PAU has as objectives: 1) Combat the origin of the emergency situation. 2) Mitigate its consequences on people, property and the environment. 3) As a strategic port facility, restore service as soon as possible.
