This section shows all files, tables and/or data bases that are in any way involved in the process of sending messages via the EDI system in the following spheres: manifests/summary declarations, stopovers and hazardous goods.

Tables should be understood as sets of paired data for which one-to-one relationships have been established. For example: the port code (ESBCN) and its interpretation (Barcelona).

Files or data bases should be understood as all other structured information.

There are two types of content, one available in PDF format, the other in XML format:

- The PDF formats offer a detailed text definition of the meaning of each data column in the corresponding XML files.

- The XML files contain the specific data falling under each of the foregoing definitions.

To read the PDF files, you must have Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or higher. To read the XML files, you must have software able to read this type of file or Excel 2002 or higher.

The files, tables and/or databases involved in the EDI environment are transferred to the Web daily, provided they have been modified that day. Otherwise, the existing version is kept.

The contents of this section will be flexible and dynamic, depending on both the contractual needs of the messages and applications of the EDI environment and on any requests made by the port logistics community.
