Museum of the History of Catalonia

The typical 19th century port warehouse has been modernised to create a museum containing interactive exhibits that take visitors on a journey through Catalonia’s history. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions and organises one-off events.

Reial Club Marítim Barcelona

Private club, in the Port Vell of Barcelona, is located in the Moll d'Espanya. Encourages nautical sailing and rowing activity. It organizes activities of great repercussion like the Regatta of Ioles, or the Trophy of Rowing among others.

Reial Club Nàutic de Barcelona

It is a Centennial and private Club. Located on the Moll d'Espanya, it organizes many activities with international repercussions, such as the Conde de Godó Regatta or the Ermenegildo Zegna Regatta.

Port cable car

The cable car links the Port to Miramar on the slopes of Montjuïc. The cable car takes 10 minutes to complete the 1,292 m trip, with gondolas running from the San Sebastiá tower in Barceloneta and the mid-point station at the Jaume I tower on the Barcelona wharf. Both towers are classified as part of Barcelona's historic and artistic heritage.

The engine room is located in Miramar and is built directly onto the Montjuïc Mountain, 56 metres above sea level.
