The PIER01 project was created by Barcelona Tech City, with the idea of contributing to the creation of an ideal environment for digital companies, to promote Barcelona's technology brand internationally, to attract investment and talent (both locally and abroad), and to collaborate with other organizations in accelerating the technology ecosystem.
Barcelona Tech City is a private non-profit organization, in which all the technological players are represented, both entrepreneurs who are taking their first steps or companies in an early stage, venture capital funds, investment sponsors, business schools, technological universities and public organisms.
