Document register

Description:

As a Civil Service, the Barcelona Port Authority (APB) has a general register at one’s disposal with the next purpose:

- To guarantee to the users that there is documentary evidence of their relationships with the Port Authority of Barcelona.

- To provide in every moment precise and reliable information about the presentation of documents, the dates of presentation, the addressee, origin and content.

Required documents:

To register a document, it has to be presented with a original and signed writing attached.

Procedure:

Those interested present by hand the documentation to be registered. The documents will have a number with the date and hour of presentation. This reference number will allow to monitor the procedure.
